Nanoelectronics, Spintronics and Neuromorphic Devices

Further sessions may explore memristive arrays, artificial synapses, and neuromorphic hardware that mimic biological learning for edge computing. Presentations will consider in-memory computing, analogue accelerators, and architectures tailored to artificial intelligence workloads. Researchers will examine flexible and printed electronics, transient devices, and biocompatible interfaces for implants. Attention will be given to radiation tolerance, cryogenic operation, and use in harsh environments such as space and automotive systems. Security, hardware trust, and counterfeit risk in nanoscale supply chains will be reviewed. Co-design of materials, devices, and systems will be emphasised.
