Nanomaterials for Batteries, Supercapacitors and Energy Storage

Further discussions may examine supercapacitors, hybrid capacitors, and pseudocapacitive materials for high-power requirements. Presentations will consider hydrogen storage, thermal storage, and flow battery systems where nanoscale catalysts and membranes improve performance. Researchers will examine operando and in situ characterisation that reveals degradation in real time and guides material redesign. Attention will be given to electrode manufacturing, slurry processing, calendering, and quality control at gigafactory scale. Second-life use, battery recycling, and recovery of critical metals will be reviewed. Grid integration and sustainability metrics will be emphasised.
