Further sessions may consider gene-editing delivery, small interfering RNA and messenger RNA payloads, peptides, and combination regimens carried in a single platform. Presentations will examine stimuli-responsive systems triggered by pH, enzymes, redox conditions, light, ultrasound, or magnetic fields. Researchers will discuss active targeting ligands, biomimetic coatings, and strategies that exploit immune and stem cell carriers. Attention will be given to dose escalation, batch consistency, sterility testing, and cold-chain demands in practice. Pharmacovigilance for nanomedicines and the long-term fate of carriers in the body will be reviewed. Equitable access to advanced therapies will also be considered.
